About Me
I initially trained as a humanistic counsellor combining person-centred, transactional analysis and gestalt approaches. I have integrated existential, psychoanalytic and solution focused theory into my practice.
I believe that we all can make a positive difference to the world, feel happy with ourselves and be personally fulfilled. Yet, there are times when life may become more of a challenge, we may lose our way and become unmotivated, feel isolated and sad.
As a client you will experience me as someone who will assist you while you take the time to find solutions, come to terms with past events or gain support within my confidential and professional practice.
