I qualified as a humanistic counsellor combining person-centred, transactional analysis and gestalt approaches. I have integrated existential, psychoanalytic and solution focused theory into my practice through continuous learning.
I believe that we all can make a positive difference to the world, feel happy with ourselves and be personally fulfilled. Yet, there are times when life may become more of a challenge, we may lose our way and become unmotivated, feel isolated and sad.
As a client you will experience me as someone who is supportive, and although respecting that you will ultimately find your own solutions, will offer new perspectives and any knowledge that may be useful.
